Lozier’s Customer Experience team celebrated Customer Experience Week in early October in conjunction with the annual sales meeting. The whole department got together for an outing at Smash Park, an entertainment and eatery venue in Omaha.
“It is extremely important to get everyone together to help build connections across teams,” said Customer Experience Manager Erin Rainey said. “Many people that came to town we only see on Zoom for most of the year, so teambuilding events like there are a great way to connect.”
Bowling, axe throwing, lawn games and more were included in the days festivities that included those in Product Management, E-commerce, Pricing and more.
