Andy Lozier
CEO and President
Andy Lozier leads his family’s business, Lozier Corporation, as President and Chief Executive Officer.
Born and raised in Nebraska, Lozier graduated from Elkhorn High School, earning a swimming scholarship to Missouri S&T College where he studied Mechanical Engineering. His engineering coursework in college led him to meet his wife, Collette, who graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
After college, Andy joined his family’s company in Omaha as a manufacturing engineer, where he designed several automated machines and products. He moved out of engineering to plant supervision roles for eight years in both Omaha and Scottsboro, Alabama. After his time in Operations, Andy moved into a role in Sales leadership and developed business partnerships that eventually led to Lozier’s acquisition of Cornerstone Automation (CASI), a technology partnership the company relies on to manufacture checkout and self-checkout solutions around the globe.
He’s held the CEO and President role since 2020.
Greg Judkins
CEO, CASI
Greg Judkins leads the team responsible for new business growth at Lozier and Cornerstone Automation Systems (CASI). Judkins joined Lozier 32 years ago as a Developmental Engineer in Omaha. He has since held numerous roles throughout the company in Engineering and Operations.
Project Management certified, Judkins enjoys the challenging work and people at Lozier and the company’s commitment to encouraging growth and development for its employees.
Judkins holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Iowa State University.
Tammy Carlson
Chief People Officer, Chief Process Officer
Tammy Carlson serves as Lozier’s Chief People Officer and Chief Process Officer. She began her career at the company in 1987, working in a variety of roles in the Treasury department before moving to Human Resources in Benefits. There, she earned her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation and her role evolved. In 2010, she was promoted to Vice President of HR and in 2022, she became Chief People Officer. In 2023, she expanded her role to lead process as Chief Process Officer.
Carlson holds a BSBA in Accounting from Iowa State University. She’s CEBS certified through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Carlson helped found and currently is co-chair of Nebraska’s Women in Manufacturing Chapter and is on the Executive Committee and board for The Work Lab.
Matt Simon
Chief Financial Officer
Matt Simon serves as Lozier’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing Accounting, Treasury, Credit and the Data Governance Organization. He holds nearly 40 years working in a variety of accounting or finance positions; 33 of those in the manufacturing industry.
He says Lozier’s ownership and people set it apart as an employer, noting Lozier’s culture is inclusive and input is valued.
Simon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accounting.
Molly Lyons
Chief Revenue Officer
Molly Lyons serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Lozier, leading customer experience, pricing and product management.
Lyons has been with Lozier for more than 20 years, holding a number of positions in the areas of Internal Audit, Financial Accounting, Plant Accounting, Pricing, Contracts and Sales. Prior to Lozier, Lyons began her career in public accounting at Deloitte.
Lyons holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Creighton University.
Jeanna Faulhaber
Chief Information Officer
Jeanna Faulhaber serves as Chief Information Officer at Lozier, leading the company’s technology roadmap, security and supply chain.
Faulhaber has been with Lozier for seven years, and led the company’s Oracle implementation and systems transformation. Prior to Lozier, Faulhaber had a number of professional experiences in direct marketing, supply chain, change management and ERP implementations having worked for companies including Publishers Clearing House, Bertelsmann and ConAgra Brands.
Jeanna holds a BA degree in Economics from Long Island University – C.W. Post Campus.
Greg Maring
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Greg Maring leads the store fixtures and customer relations divisions of the Sales and Marketing department at Lozier. Maring has been with Lozier for 37 years starting as a Sales Representative before holding various roles in Product Management, Account Services and Sales Management.
Having spent the majority of his career with Lozier, Maring is passionate about the company’s commitment to integrity, investing in the future and giving back to employees and the community.
Maring holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing.
Jodi Farber
Vice President, Customer Relations
Jodi Farber serves as the Vice President, Sales – Customer Relations. Farber has been with Lozier for 16 years performing numerous customer-facing roles within the Sales and Sales Leadership teams.
She has collaborated with many retail departments through the executive level during her tenure, garnering a deep understanding of customers’ unique needs and how Lozier can best service them.
Farber holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio State University.
Ashely Browne
Vice President, Customer Experience
Ashley Browne serves as the Vice Preside, Sales – Customer Experience. Browne has been on both sides of the Sales cycle at Lozier, having previously worked in purchasing for one of the largest retailers in the Southeast.
Joining Lozier in 2019, she’s held a number of roles within Sales, supporting the team’s operations through critical customer-facing application integrations like: Oracle, CPQ, developing standard order practices and forecasting processes.
Browne holds a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.
Hannah Bolte
Director of Marketing and Communications
Hannah Bolte leads Marketing and Communications at Lozier Corporation. A journalist by trade, Bolte brings a unique and authentic approach to corporate communications and marketing, having begun her career in print and television as a reporter.
She’s been at Lozier since 2021 after spending nearly a decade successfully crafting internal, external and crisis communications strategies and content, along with spearheading multiple effective and impactful advertising campaigns – from creative to placement – for Fortune 500 and Fortune 150 companies.
Bolte holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa, and a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Marketing from Bellevue University in Nebraska.
She is a board member for Nebraska’s Women in Manufacturing chapter.
Kent Carmichael
Director Manufacturing Engineering
Kent Carmichael leads the Manufacturing Engineering department at Lozier. He’s held a variety of Engineering roles at Lozier over the last 17 years.
Prior to Lozier, Carmichael worked in technology and awning manufacturing. He enjoys Lozier’s culture of innovation and the continuous opportunities to learn at the company.
Carmichael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.
Matt Perkins
Director of Data Governance Organization
Matt Perkins is responsible for the Data Governance and Analytics office and provides oversight for data governance, data quality and analytics.
Perkins began his career at Lozier 23 years ago working as a Production Supervisor before moving into Production Management. In 2019, Perkins moved from Production Management to lead the IT Data team. Lozier’s culture and opportunities to advance his skills are what Perkins likes most about working at the company.
Perkins studied Marketing at Iowa Western Community College and studied Mechanical Engineering at Iowa State University.
Audra Harrington
Corporate Controller
Audra Harrington leads Lozier’s Accounting and Finance functions as Corporate Controller.
With the company for 25 years, Harrington began her career at Lozier in the plan as a summer job in the Woodshop running an edgebander in 1997. She also spent time as a purchasing intern before accepting a full-time Staff Accountant position in January of 1999. Since then, she’s held various roles in Corporate and Plant Accounting, and utilized Lozier’s tuition reimbursement to attend graduate school.
In her two and a half decades at Lozier, Harrington says she enjoys working for a family-owned company with traditional values, noting the work is challenging, but rewarding. In her leadership role, she finds it fulfilling to grow and developing teams.
Harrington holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Truman State University and a Master of Business Administration degree with a minor in Economics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Nick Thielen
General Counsel
Nick Thielen serves as General Counsel at Lozier. For the past decade, Thielen has provided operations-oriented legal advice and strategic business leadership to companies in the insurance and service sectors . Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of EHPV Management Group
Thielen obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Theater from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York. An Omaha native, Thielen returned to Nebraska after graduation and worked in the insurance industry before attending Law School at the University of Nebraska where he graduated with a Juris Doctor degree with High Distinction.
Thielen has worked as a volunteer and board member for a number of organizations serving children and families in Omaha and currently serves on the Omaha Public Schools Board of Education.
