HR Generalist I Kassandra Blatchford and Community Outreach & Engagement Manager Ralph Kleinsmith spent Wednesday evening at Metropolitan Community College (MCC) South Campus’ Center for Advanced Manufacturing. The pair spoke with high school and college students about careers in manufacturing and skilled trades.

Around 15 industry partners along with Lozier met with nearly 200 students who are pursuing careers in skilled trades such as welders, electrical mechanical technicians, precision machinists, electricians, drafting and more. Kleinsmith said events like these are crucial to helping the future workforce succeed in choosing their careers and helps Lozier attract talent to remain a world-class manufacturer.
