Lozier is giving customers an experience upgrade by providing a new self-service reporting portal. Qlik for Customers is a new platform that enables external users to access tailored dashboards using protected credentials.
“The need for an individualized customer portal was in high-demand as companies move to more efficient ways of reporting information,” explained Kate Maddocks, Account Services Team Lead. “This initiative represents a significant step toward empowering customers to pull their own data and improve their overall experience,” added Maddocks.
